Renfrewshire Council have PASSED a proposal to reduce the number of hours to teach the curriculum from 25 hours per week to 22.5 hours.
This is 10 hours a month.
Over a 7 year period this amounts a whole year in lost education for our children
The additional hours will be taken up with non-curriculum subjects delivered by non-qualified teaching staff.
Many parents are opposed to this proposal and see it as detrimental to our children's education. What is your view?
